The Rev. Colin Campbell Harrison

The Rev. Colin Campbell Harrison, Missioner of the Helping Hand Mission, was born in Allendale Town, Northumberland, England, in 1867, and was educated at Middlesborough Wesleyan school. For five years he travelled all over England in connection with evangelistic work, and was subsequently associated with the Forward Movement in the Leeds Mission for two years. He arrived in New Zealand in 1893, and was stationed successively at Malvern, and St. Albans, Canterbury, and at Feilding, Wellington. In April, 1899, he was transterred to his present mission. Mr. Harrison takes a keen interest in the prohibition and antigambling crusades, and is an up-to-date preacher.
