Appeal

Appeal.

65.Notice of appeal may be given in Form No. 33. After notice of appeal has been given all subsequent proceedings in the matter of such appeal shall be deemed to be in the Appellate Court, and shall be intituled accordingly.
66.Notice of appeal given before any proceeding shall have been finally completed shall be taken to have been given immediately after the date of the completion of such proceeding: Provided that if notice of appeal be given on interlocutory judgment the Court may, in its discretion, defer further proceeding in the matter before the Court until such appeal has been disposed of.page 10
67.Where the same persons have been appointed successors in the same right to the interest of a deceased person in several blocks or parcels of land, it shall not be necessary to give separate notice of appeal in respect of each such succession order, but the whole may be included in one notice and treated as one appeal for the purpose of fixing the amount to be deposited under section 85 of the Act.
