CAPPICADE We have been asked to make public the following details with regard to the Sale of Capacities this year: (1) A comprehensive check will be kept of all Capacities printed and therefore all bool{s issued to sellers will have to be accounted for. #2) Persons receiving books for sale will be required to sigh for them and receipts will be given for cash and unsold books returned. STUCHBERRY Weir House. and D. M. HATHERLEY, co Walking, Hull, Wheeler and Johnston,39 Johnston Street. The practice of transferring Capacities between sellers themselves is to be discouraged as much as possible, but where this is done the transaction must be adjusted in cash to avoid confusion when settling with the Distribution Manager.
