Victoria University College Capping Carnival, 1921. "Done to Death"

Memorial Wing Victoria University College. The Memorial Wing is now in course of erection and is well under way. It is to include the Library and new School of Economics, Women's Common Room and Tea Room. The Women's Common Room and Tea Room are now completed and in use, being equisitely finished inside.
