Turbine is published annually by the International Institute of Modern Letters at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and hosted by the New Zealand Electronic Text Collection.

The 2014 issue has been edited and produced by Max L. Chapnick, Ben Egerton and Patrick Hunn — each of whom completed an MA in Creative Writing at the IIML this year — with technical support from the staff of the New Zealand Electronic Text Collection.

Turbine's design was created by Ian Finch.
