Turbine is published annually by the International Institute of Modern Letters at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and hosted by the NZ Electronic Text Centre.

The 2011 issue has been edited and produced by Hera Lindsay Bird and Chris Howe — each of whom completed an MA in Creative Writing at the IIML this year — with technical support from the staff of the Electronic Text Centre.

Turbine's design was created by Ian Finch.
