Following a decade of overseas travelling and a nerve-wracking stint at freelance journalism in London, Jacqueline returned to Aotearoa with her daughter to commence a BA in English Literature and South Pacific Studies. In her final year, she focused entirely on writing, completing Victoria University's courses in Creative Non Fiction and Creative Writing in the Marketplace. Jacqueline also participated in the reading/selection of Sport 29 submissions, gaining a newfound respect for Editors and the behind-the-scenes of publication and production. Next year, she will complete her MA.
